That's the reason why mirror work is the best. And learning to do it right is the key. Looking deep into the soul through your eyes and truly forgiving yourself. I started getting headaches at 12 which evolved into migraines in my teens. I wonder what inner talking would a 12 year old happy girl would have that would cause such monstrous headaches? Im now 31 at the point where they are daily and the medication that once worked perfectly for me (1 pill a day in the morning, nothing fancy) has stopped working and im almost in constant pain everyday and sometimes can barely fall asleep. I am not saying this doesnt work, i strongly believe in this but i am puzzled still on what inner talk could i have had at such a young age to create this for myself?? I was loved, taken care of and even a little spoiled as a kid.
Im just wondering.

@@OzmaOfOzz I realize I am way late to your question but I did just come across it and thought I would share some information given to another enlightened individual who was of the name of Florence Scovil Shinn. In her book, The game of life and how to play it, she mentioned how children who may not have the concept of illness, can be impressioned by the fear and worry of their parents. In other words- while their parents mean well their own 'fear' which is a form of a negative pray can impact their children. So from that my be the issue here. It may not have been your thoughts that created this but possibly that of others. Hope that helps.

My mom worrier a lot abt my health asi was a kid and even now she does. Even when im trying to be chill and approach hollistic ways of healing she ll remind me that i am sick and should see a real doctor and start taking man made meds/drugs and not herbs and do energy healing . Ugh I know she means well but it can get exhausting.
@@OzmaOfOzz I'm sure she means well but obviously her worry isn't a good thing- for either of you. First off, I wouldn't even discuss the matter with her anymore as she will just bring her own biases into it. Secondly, I would, personally, try a trifecta of things. First off, I would cast the burden of problem to the Christ within you (literally say it however many times as necessary), backed by the statement "I am healthy and headache free" followed up with living in the end as Neville (and others) say to do. Obviously I'm not a guru but living in the end, casting the burden and acknowledging your own "I am-ness" are all concepts which both Shinn and Goddard talk about.

Someone said to listen to Dr.Joseph as well, he learned from Abdullah as well at roughly the same time. So there is little difference between the Teachers. I find Neville to be an upstanding Citizen of His Time. Move ahead 50 years and He is still commanding an Audience everyday who listen to him with both ears.

This proves the confirmation that it is almost impossible to break the old habits and become new discipline habits without speaking the honest truth to an individual the more we know the more we grow to keep from becoming stagnated we must hear words of affirmation sometimes that will make us feel humiliation okay without hiding anything we are judged for the ones that hide everything they remain the same with no blame game to aim them in the right direction may I add
