I caught one of those boats from the South of Manila to Puerto Galera. It was the first one allowed out after the Cyclone that went through there just before the massive flooding last year. The sea was a massive roller coaster park. What a ride!!! I was absolutely drenched and a bit concerned, but it's things like that you remember when you come home. Those boats with an experienced crew handled it very well.
