Your video is excellent. I’m having the dealer install my new tire set and wanted to see the procedure. I normally remove and replace the wheels on my Magna. At 70 I figure I’ll let the dealer do the work this time. I just pray and hope they are as good as you...hehehehehe
Palouse Rider, you are right. I need to do that. I have so many videos made, mostly unedited, sitting in my external hard drive. I have no clue if I made some already. However, the next time I need to take the front off I will make a video! The process is much easier! Thanks.
Great video and helped a lot with getting my rear tire off to get the tire swapped out, but I had a couple of questions. 1. After you changed changed the tire and put it back on, did you have any issues with it getting too hot or over pressurizing? 2. over the time you owned the Ctx1300 did you ever notice that your MPG seemed to be going down or seemed to not be where it should be? Thanks again for the helpful vid!
Hello! Thank you for watching my video and using it to help you with the removal and installation of your rear wheel. I have not experienced any issues with overheating or over pressurizing. My preferred rear tire pressure is 42pounds. I owned my CTX1300 for 8 years. Over that time I did not notice any increase or decrease in MPG. To be honest, I did not think about MPG, I just ride!
Hi. Just in process of buying a CTX. I am based in Manchester Uk. I notice you have the luggage protector bars mounted on your bike. I have been looking in the UK but unable to see them listed. Do you by any chance know the part number listed for these and are these a Honda part or ,made by another company ? Thanks for your informative videos. I am hoping to pick p my CTX next week Thanks Phil
Hello Lucky Phil. The part is made by another Honda CTX1300 owner, out of his own shop. You can locate more detailed information here: www.ctx1300forum.com/forum/appearance-body/13897-saddlebag-guard.html
Hi Chris . Thanks for your reply . I’m getting the bike delivered tonight ( Wednesday) so I think I’ll go down to my local engineering shop and get some made up. Thanks again

Great video maybe do one on the air filter
I know you did this some time ago but it is still helping us out. Thanks for taking the time to make this. You didn't by chance do a front wheel vid?
