Oven Baked Pork Chops To Do At Home!
These Oven Baked Pork Chops are an excellent choice to make at home for an easy meal! The Along with the Pork chops in this video I made white rice with some brown gravy. I have no specific measurements for the seasoning/oil, I just eyeball it as I go. I would say about 1 tsp per seasoning is what its about at measurement wise though.h
Ingredients:
Olive Oil
Garlic Salt
Meat Tenderizer
Salt & Pepper
1-3 chopped garlic cloves
Basil
Rosemary
Cook in oven for 30 minutes at 400° for 20 minutes instead of 30 minutes like shown in the video that way the come out a bit more juicy in the middle, LOL then put back in oven with onions if you want for 5-8 minutes till pork chops look crispy a bit on top.
They came out great just not as juicy id like. So maybe decreasing the temperature a bit and time will help with that(;
