Calling her dad James ; the owner of the store leaving without locking up, tear jerking moments - when the ex-husband gave the Polly Dolly Doll to his ex-wife ; when the ex-wife supported the husband to get with Jenny ; at the end when the group of people had great things to say about Jenny and the proposal. Had seen this before but it is still a tear jerker with romance/love thrown in. Romance for the couple and love for the little girl.

Marcus Rosner has made better movies than this. They should have shredded this one before it hit the storyboards. A shirtless scene with Marcus would have vastly improved this painful movie.
I love hallmarks Christmas ⛄🎁🎄movies it just touched my heart ❤️ always. I know there's some man r so dedicated to the one they love n put them on a pedestal as Mr Steve Harvey says the lady is #1. Keep it up Hallmark
This story was so bad. The actors are better than this and deserve better. As one that loves Hallmark movies, this was unacceptable. If someone wants to copy Hallmark, they need to do better.

great role model movie- obnoxious self centered spoiled rich girl uses daughter as leverage to promote her book - “honest” arrogant egotistical grandfather who wants his spoiled daughter and himself the orchestrate granddaughters life for his own delusional - i would NOT call this a great movie or even a great one .
It was good until the part of being stuck in the chimney, and she had to went down through the chimney? IT WAS NOT FUNNY, but very stupid!!!
