The algae doesn’t hurt the plants and it’s there because you’ve got that pot directly or near to directly under the grow lights. More light equals more algae.
I just realized, I’ve watched so many plant chores and repotting vids, that the sound of unraveling and snapping together of the planting mat, is super soothing 😂😂😂 I’m so weird

Your decursiva looks beautiful climbing around the room. Especially against that color wall. It’s a nice contrast.
I e heard other UA-camrs from Canada say the same thing about the weather. That it’s been extra gray this winter. Here too in Oregon.

I think SOH grow from tubers. Not a last ditch effort before it dies.
Maybe it’s just a plant that drops the under leaves. My string of turtles drops the leaves buried under the rest, like a lot.
You don’t put the gravel under the soil for drainage?
Maybe just a weak seedling.
If a plant is getting root rot do you cut off the roots that are left and start over again?
A plant drops leaves when it doesn't have enough water.
But also when it has root rot 🤷♀️
Do you use one pair of gloves 🧤 for all your plant cleaning. I know another UA-camr that only cleans two plants by reversing the gloves, then uses another pair of gloves for two more pairs of plants with that set of gloves. She’s afraid of a fungal episode spreading. Have you thought of spreading things by using the same pair of gloves for all your plants? I use the same pair for several plants.
I have one pair of gloves, and I wash them after every use. Its definitely possible to spread issues...never thought of that.
I hate the sulfer treatment. There has to be something better.
