The Titan class has a horrible balance pattern because we're shoehorned into melee builds that have to be overtuned to actually work in end game content. The pattern is usually OP CQC meta build > six months to a year of dominating/being a top build > massive nerfs to said build with zero compensation > six more months to a year of being forgotten about. And then the cycle starts all over again. So enjoy it while it lasts because the nerf hammer is coming.
@Holuplethimcook I wouldn't worry too much about it when it finally happens. We still have Strand, Solar and to a lesser extent Void to fall back on. Stasis is slightly better than it uses to be. Arc is just... a complete waste of time currently. If you stick around you'll learn very quickly not to get too attached to anything with high usage in the game. Bungie are data and analytics driven devs so the numbers tend to matter more than anything else when it comes to game balance.

Oscillation modifier. Doing GL/Scout/Pulse damage amps the damage of shotguns/SMGs, which allows him to one-shot the Thresher (and any turret in this GM, as well as doing 90% of a Champion's HP in one, maybe two shots).
