As a doom main confidence in your movement and your team is something I have to rely heavily on but if your team isn’t there to back you up or you over extend you realize quickly so sometimes you realized you messed up
Gotta love how even in a montage there's the random salty dude spitting ''skill'' after getting killed by a Downwards diagonal punch, like it was easier than spamming storm arrow to a choke point like the typical hanzo player.
I'm a df main, whole team was getting rolled by a Hanzo and just decided i had enough, swapped Hanzo, diffed the kid, and a couple headshots later we won. Hanzo is so ridiculously broken it's not even funny.

So the thing is that you can be at different levels when you ult, like on ground, on higher ground etc. He seeks out the skybox with his ult, and holds down "upper view" and when he moves away, the ult stays in the air, so the landing is also in the air. I've never done it though, but the jist is like that. I'm sure you'd find tutorials on it.

Sometimes it's really clean play and all you can do is admit the guy's better, but sometimes it just feels like he's sending a bunch of random bs at you until something eventually works (like, seriously, that bap 1v1 at 5:05 is just dumb. With all respects to gqo, because he's genuinely good at the character, there's just no way any dps should be able to survive this kind of 1v1when played like that)

What are you on about. Take a look at the DF punch on Bap. Bap literally stopped mid air and didn't hit the wall when punched correctly. DF is so bugged and he won on better cooldown management. Bap is increasingly strong.
Doomfist (at least in this current ridiculous build) should be removed from the game. He just doesn't fit and they've never been able to make his build legit. His value almost exclusively relies on exploiting map design and buffering hit boxes. Just generally not good for the game. It's a bad precedent to be set to have a hero be based on scuffed map movement and jank kill/dmg moves. Ridiculously unbalanced kit only made viable via exploits.
Just because you can play doom like that, doesn't mean you have to. Look at sparkle during finals. Played entirely with his team and never went for a wild rollout into their backline
