Yes. Everyone over there usually speaks 2 or 3 different languages at least which includes english. We met people from Norway, Sweden, Canada, a few of my festival friends randomly from California, and many more. Everyone was really nice and had great vibes. A majority of the people were actually stoked that we came out from CA and were like "Omg I would LOVE to visit there" which really surprised me. If you ever go, make sure to camp in the Safari Tents. Its basically VIP camping compared to a festival in the US for wayyyy cheaper. Only like $550 which includes ticket, seperate showers, nice bathrooms and free bbq with champagne on the first day
