Depends on the platform. Not all models have TPMS disable functional yet but it is coming for more models. Give us a call and we can check for you but looks like someone already answered your question. (866) 737-4966.
FarmerSarducci no. You can not modify TPMS anything on the rams. Some folks have auto cal or similar. Search the forums, maybe they can help you. That’s the only way I know of to have the settings changed.
How does this product give you the ability to add more then 1 tune such as (example) a 50hp economy tune + medium/hard shift transmission tune without canceling one out? And how does it know to recognize a SOTF switch?? Such an AMAZING piece of equipment!! O and how do you get tunes on it? Do you buy the device and it comes blank until you get a company to purchase tunes from or does it come loaded with tons of tunes from the auto app on your phone?? Thanks
We offer EZ Lynks in a couple of ways, either preloaded with tunes, from a designated tuner, or completely blank so that the end user can choose their own tuner for their trucks. Depending on the truck, multiple tunes can be added and used in a shift on the fly manner. It doesn’t “cancel one out” per se, as it applies the different fueling/driving characteristics of the tune respective to that switch position. It recognizes the SOTF switch because the switch is wired into a 5v reference source and when you apply the different positions of the switch, the ohm values of that respective sensor change. This is recognized by the ecm and ties into the fueling tables for changes.
Since it doesn't come with a tune do you have to contact a tuner prior to installing the ez lynk? Another video I watched showed the ez lynk sending the trucks vin and infp to a tuner then waiting for the tune itself to be sent. What is the normal wait time thru you for a tune? Also does the ez lynk receive the tune thru your phone?
Yes sir. They make emission compliant and non compliant tuners so do your research and make sure you get what you’re lookin for before you hit that purchase button
Is it capable of adding additional sensors to monitor like in the case of the 99-03 7.3 add an egt probe and boost sensor to be able to read pressures above the factory sensors 22-25psi limit
Not yet, the newer vehicle really have most parameters in the ECM, that there aren’t a lot of external channels to pick up. I do hope this is something they look to add to the device later.
@@thoroughbreddiesel @Thoroughbred Diesel agreed especially for those of us in Cali and other States where all 07+ are equipped with a DPF making the pre 07 still more sought-after but even in the case of new trucks u still can run into the issue of some PIDs being obsolete/lost from deleting certain systems and/or exceeding the factory sensors max limit/range. either way I could see the company greatly benefiting from adding that capability as there's plenty of people who love to over monitor.. but thank you for the info and answering my question much appreciated guess for now will continue to use edges insight cts3 and try to figure out a way to utilize a touchscreen headunit as the display even if touch control isn't functional just the ability to mirror the screen to view your pre set up PIDs would be nice to help clean up dash clutter. can always have the actual screen tucked away that u can pull out to make changes if necessary. Would like to think eventually this type of integration will be not only be possible but more or less standard seems both ez link and edge are getting really close to that being the case with ezlink basically already there could easily see it becoming the more popular sought-after monitoring system if additional add on PIDs was a possiblity. Oh well thanks again for ur reply 👍
Will it allow you to change your tire pressure thresholds
On some vehicles yes, just depends on what you have.
BackwoodsBrotherhood its a 2018 2500 w/ 68rfe trans.
@@FarmerSarducci yup they just released it around 4 months ago

So does this make the autocal obsolete at this point?

Wade, can I monitors my injector balance rates with ez lynk monitoring? 2015 Duramax. Thx!
Will it void the warranty
Can you use the ez lynk app if your phone is plugged in to your truck with android auto?
How do you know who wrote the tunes had a diesel shop install it
When you log in on the app it will give you access to the tuners.
hello a question friend how much money does that cost in the market?
What colors go to what numbers on the SOTF?
Can you start with emissions and later change to non emissions?
Yes sir. They make emission compliant and non compliant tuners so do your research and make sure you get what you’re lookin for before you hit that purchase button
Can you use this with the edge cts3
How does it work when you buy a preloaded tunes using EZ link?
They will be downloadable once you create an account and log in.

If you sell the truck with the tunes on it and I keep the truck how would they change them later?
If you are saying that you will keep the tuner, it is possible to do that if you have shift on the fly tuning in the truck you sold.
Can I use this on a 2006/6.0 ?? Or are they year specific. Tia
No one has tuning available for the 6.0 with ez Lynk
Will this work on an emissions intact truck?
Yes, GDP does emissions on tuning.
Are all the tunes already on this?
Plug and go?
We sell EZ Lynks with support packs (tunes) and we sell them blank. So we have them both ways.
Can I buy tunes from y'all if I didn't buy device from you?
Will it allow egr and dpf deletes?
You have to get additional custom tuning, from somebody else. Look up anarchy diesel tuning.
Does the ezlink have stay plugged into the truck once tune or it can be removed?
I have a 2013 ford f250 6.7 thanks!!
Santiago Cespedes it can be removed
I have a 2018 ram.
ASMR video for cardboard box sounds
😂
Do you have to leave your phone plugged in or can you use any screen for the display?
You do not have to leave your phone plugged in. Once it's tuned you can monitor as you please.
Does the tuner box have to stay hooked up or once tuned that can be removed
EZ lynk is garbage, constantly having connection issues, usually when it's most needed, hard wired option needed badly
Fancy box but the product itself is a RIPPPPP OFF!
