I've seen a lot of the " old rock legends" live in recent times, but by far I believe Alice is still in the best shape and still at the top of his game. Very very impressive..
I will never understand why Alice never plays the song Little by Little in concerts. One of the best songs and they turn their backs on it. A total hit that is clearly built on interaction with the audience ("ooo ooh"). Absolutely unbelievable.
there he is at 1:11:19 alice cooper and then the guillotine when i saw him in 71 he did this i was blown away , as i am now, thank you so much for posting and my amazing memories of alice
I was at the Toledo Sports arena Dec. 13, 1973 where it was the Billion Dollar Babies Tour. ZZ Top first. He came out played two songs, Setlist Hello Hooray (Judy Collins cover) (excerpt) Play Video Billion Dollar Babies Then he left, crazed crowd. We waited 3.5 hours.Nothing. It wasn't till after a month later I was at the Doctors waiting room, picked up a People mag, it said they left for fear of their lives. Someone was shooting a gun up around the stage, some say firecrackers. Now why would you leave a packed arena over firecrackers? No Riot! Heck they were back home before we were. Most magnificent stage I have ever seen, or not seen in my life, and I've seen them all in person or video.
I saw Alice in 1972. They were touring on the "Killer" album. It was one the best concerts I have ever seen, as I saw a lot the greats in the 1970's. No time since, in the times I;ve seen Alice, has that 1972 performance, with the band, ever been topped. Ever!!

Thanks for posting this. I was there but an asshole couple in Row 10 center held their cameras in front of our faces the whole time and we couldn't see the stage without them in the way. I even asked them twice to lower camera but the woman just ignored me. Wish more people would go and watch the show without blocking others.
Had people rows behind me come up and hang at the stage in Cherokee last week and I was 3 rows back from front row. vision got blocked and said "screw this!" and went up to the front. Was on the rails the entire show and don't regret it one bit.
Alice has the Rock and Roll flex to be able to pick his band members from the best acts in the business. Every one of these people have successful bands of their own, and they pause everything to tour with Alice. Nita Strauss is unbelievable. Beasto Blanco is one of the best performers in rock. The same goes for everyone else.
My first concert and only time I've seen him was Alice and Lee Michaels, Sept. 11, 1971 in Atlanta at the Municipal Auditorium. Also saw there Ted Nugent and The Amboy Dukes, Allman Brothers, Yes (back up band was The Eagles) etc. What a period for great music
@@hissdemon Great job video taping! Nice n Steady... great shots!! Thanks for this awesome video! and the Ace set! 2 of my all time faves on one stage!! rock on!
I’m disappointed that Ace Frehley isn’t doing the full tour, I’m gonna go see them on April 9 but I only get buckcherry, I honestly couldn’t be less interested lmao
@@hissdemon THANK YOU. I just purchased the s23 Ultra. I'm awaiting the arrival. The first show I'm going to try it on is Zebra at the House of Blues. After that it will be a Steve Miller Band concert outdoors. Much THANKS again.
Alice Cooper puts on such a great show...I am going to see the band this fall at two different venues. Ms. Strauss needs to stop showboating as the people come to see Alice not her. Too much posturing IMHO. I prefer his former guitarist Orianthi who is a true professional. Love Ryan Roxie!!!
