► Butterbeer Ingredients:
Butterscotch Whipped Topping:
(makes 1-2 servings of topping)
• ½ cup heavy whipping cream
• 1 ounce butterscotch schnapps
• 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
Bubbly Base:
(1 serving)
• 1 ounce dark rum
• 1 tablespoon butterscotch topping/syrup
• 1 cup cream soda
► How to Make a Butterbeer:
1. Add heavy whipping cream to a mixing bowl and whip until mountains begin to peak.
2. Add butterscotch schnapps and powered sugar and whip again.
3. Set whipped topping aside.
4. In a shaker add butterscotch syrup and dark rum.
5. Shake for 15-20 seconds with ice.
6. Strain into your serving glass.
7. Add cream soda.
8. Top with whipping cream.

Does anyone know if they used regular dark rum or a spiced dark rum
