Y nobody asks him to reliease uncut version of Raja Hindustani with full kiss scene which he says was atound 10 minutes long. While in the movie, its only 1 minute long. Even Mela kiss he mentioned was chopped off. Please release the uncut version of full movie with all the chopped off scenes.Please!

Mahesh bhatt is a liar.. wow why would he do that? Maybe wanted sympathy and something to make films about. Mahesh is not one you can trust.
He is a charmer and superbly well spoken but as Bharathi has done full make up etc he also should do the same .
This guy talks like Sooraj Barjatiya, has mannerisms similar to Aditya Chopra, namw similar to Sanjay leela Bhansali and has certain traits of Karan Johar
So basically this guy is the Sooraj Aditya Johar Bhansali that Aaj Kapoor refers to in the movie Love ke liye kuch bhi karega

I think censor board too realised that the kiss in Raja Hindustani was organic to the script and felt natural , while that in Mela was trying to make a selling point in an anyway super cringe movie, only that thy couldn't say to his face. That's why even with such a long kissing scene there were no burning effigies by the Indian public even in such conservative times and movie poved to be Aamir's biggst hit of 90s.
There was no burning effigies back then for a kissing scene. There's been plenty of kissing scenes before that but I do agree there was nothing vulgar about this particular kissing scene in this film.

Until then Indian laws neither covered bigamy nor divorce. Accordingly the second wife/her children were NOT 'illegitimate'.

Most 90s directors admitted plagiarism but nicely redecorated this word with inspiration, magic, etc. Original films can still be made if time is given to the makers. If the makers are not out to make potboilers, then it is very much possible. There are many films, television, or web series for us to see worldwide to understand that originality is possible. Unfortunately, no one in the Hindi film industry (rightly Bollywood for ripping many Hollywood films) has the time to wait for a good subject or a theme to occur to them. What he is talking about in the anecdote given by Asha Bhosale that ' all the good films are done and rest are being recycled' is because films in India boomed in the 50s. Not to mention many were still rip-offs from Western films or taken 'inspiration'. Not to shit on any film makers but Satyajit Ray was not as celebrated as the rest of the filmmakers because he was conveniently labeled a ' parallel filmmaker' because his cinema did not make the numbers.
Bharathi, i read an old article by you claiming Nargis asked forgiveness at Krishna Raj home from Raj Kapoor wife....that's so opposite from the woman who helped with all she had to bring up Raj Kapoor in stardom after flops yet once he cheated her...she left forever..destiny that her daughter justice used to hurt that man by breaking his daughters engagement ..that's natural justice
