I discovered Island and the band because it is it the top Metal albums chart 2022 on Rate Your Music. It is a great mix of Japanese ideas, Black Metal Shoegaze. It feels sometimes i heard in the musics one song of OutRun 80's videogame: when the sunlight goes down on the sea... Ithe LP is very original and greatly realized. Superb.

I got curious and googled some billboards that show up in the video; if I understand correctly, a lot of it was filmed from a train on the Tokaido Main Line? I've never been to Japan so I couldn't tell, but it was interesting to see a little tour of Tokyo from this perspective.
