Cornbread with crispy edges, a tender and moist crumb, and full of sweet corn flavour. Me and my sister used to have cornbread when we were little and we always loved it. I like how easy this recipe is and absolutely love the flavour of that delicious cornbread!

150g Cornmeal
35g Whole Wheat Flour
35g All Purpose Flour
30g Brown Sugar
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt
115mL Whole Milk
115mL Heavy Cream
30g Melted Unsalted Butter
15mL Coconut Oil
15mL Honey
1ea Egg
[for Topping]
1 Ear of Corn
100g Cream Cheese
10mL Honey
