You’re the best at retelling stories so I’m pretty sure these book club lives/videos will be great 😊

Peter, these are all great ideas. Yes, I came for the reactions but you grabbed me with Anna Karenina. Two seconds earlier I was thinking "but I like dead Russian authors." 😂 The interviews and all sound cool, too. Reading does really open the whole world to you but as you said, so does music. I'm here for Papi!

Got very interesting towards the end there. I don't like discussing religion or politics but one day it just smacked me that believers and atheists fundamentally agree on how it all began, the universe, everything. It's something (everything!) from nothing, that initial singularity that contained everything exploding into being. They just disagree on the mechanism is all.
One more thing...I just spent over a year going through whatever the turning 60 crisis is called. I questioned my entire life, spent a lot of time and money on a lot of things I'm not about but how would I know until I tried. Now I'm just in debt and still 60 but my skin has never looked better. Sounds weird but that's how it turned out. Thank God for my BTS ARMY journey and the lifelong friends I've made and the music and art that inspires me and picks me up when I'm down, not only BTS but ARMY, too. 🫰💜

Yeah I’m really not trying to debate that any one thing is correct, mostly I’m at an end of what I understand and just going on a journey of what great thinkers of all time have thought and truly try to digest them. I wanna consume all the greatest things that man has made, be it architecture, art, literature, food, music etc. I’m happy you’ll be along for the ride

@SupadupawithPapiVazquez Aw, hell yeah, it's nothing I want to debate, either. But I am always interested in what others believe and why. You're on the right track here...appreciate all the beauty in all its forms that has made a mark on history.

Looking forward to your thoughts on Anna Karenina. Also, if you want to combine BTS & your book club, how about reading some of the books that RM has recommended? My favorite classic is The Count of Monte Cristo.

I love that when I first saw the list, I had already read and loved over half of them. I think Murakami snatched favorite author status from the first book. Still need to snag a copy of Demian.

Yeah I think murakami will be on my list to read after the camus

OMG.....not the old "whats the meaning of life" question. I think in its most simplistic version its finding ones own individual true happiness. Of course, the reality is if life was that simple then we would all be happy 🙂😂 What other books are you, (and others) looking at reading through?

Well right now there is a poll going for what book I should read, camus’s the stranger, murakami’s norwegian wood or 1Q84 or Emerson’s nature
