Very cool! Beautiful build! Almost a shame that turbo hides the magnificent noise from that brilliant six pot. It did win the pull though;)

HP = speed / Torque = Acceleration. Saying you like HP is like saying you dont want to get to your top speed in seconds. You need torque to be able to accelerate quickly.

Hey! You seem pretty knowledgeable in the two wheel vehicle game. I'm tired of my two mile bike ride to school every day and am looking at probably a scooter and slightly possibly a bike. I went to a scooter store today and got some price ranges and information on the matter but I want as many opinions possible. I'm interested in getting a 125cc scooter that they have for about 2k. The price seems a bit steep but it is a nice scooter with a warranty and coming from a nice locally owned shop. Now, they have the same scooter in 50cc but there is something I don't like about 50cc. Maybe it's just the power, but I'd like to commute to some places other than school on the scooter. I know that the highway would be off limits with a 125cc scooter but any other street it should do fine, right? Overall, I'm open for anything at this point and I have the money and probably would max out at around 3k price range. The commute to school for me is only about 2 miles and a 50cc scooter would work for me, but I think i'd use it for than that but idk. Maybe I should just get a 50cc. Let me know what you think if you can and I'm sorry this message is rambly and I hope you get back to me! Thank you

David Lee no asshat I would have released/rolled the clutch where the bike makes the most power/torque which is typically somewhere in the midrange on this particular bike.
anyone with a room temperature I.q knows that launching at redline is a fools errand. Incidentally I used to street race cars probably around the time you were sucking wind watching Beavis and Butthead ..
