govt has engineers par salo mein dimag hai ki nahi, stop building dams and big hotels in eco fragile mountains of uttrakhand, road banao but dont do blast use some modern technology...ye to koi gadha bhi bata dega agar ghar hai mountain ke upar aur uske niche se tunnel nikal rahe ho then it was bound to create a problem gadhe log bhare pade hain.....
