It seemed to me that difficult sounds such as "ą", "ę", "ż", etc. are impossible to pronounce correctly for a person who is not a native speaker. Just wow!

With oficjalny amd formalny it's like that: Oficjalny can be both official and formal, so its also used in news. Formalny means only formal, but like REALLY formal. There's only that one frase formalnie tak, ale coś tam (technically yes, but smth...).
