answering commonly asked questions and explaining the puzzles better below. what I said at 5:26 might not be correct. to complete layer 3 you need to kill the monster and you do that by freezing them in the freezer. one person waits by the lever while the other person lures the monster into the freezer. because I was playing solo it is hard to do both. maybe I just got lucky and the monster was stuck in the freezer even though I didn't see it in there. the monster gets stuck a lot and the devs are working to fix it. if it gets stuck you can push it with the box thing that you get after completing the laser puzzle. lore: one thing I didn't mention in the video is that the monster is actually a person called Faith. info from the discord server. puzzles explained better 1st keypad puzzle count refrigerators (3), cubicles (12), lamps (4), rungs on the ladder (4), and couches (8) 2nd keypad puzzle these are all the hints The third digit is less than half the second number The second digit is equal to the first number times 3 The fourth digit is equal to the first and third number combined Between the second digit and the fourth, one is an odd digit and the other is an even digit The fourth digit is not prime The sum of the third and fourth digits are greater than the second digit using those hints you should get 4 12 5 9 3rd keypad puzzle you might have noticed numbers in paintings they are for this puzzle on the computer it says A1 B2 A3 B4 D5 and start facing the sun its like coordinates and the rooms are points on a grid so you would start in the sun room and go to what room would be A1 which is the golf room and see what number is in the painting which is 8. So 8 is your 1st digit. 2nd to last floor side quest lore: the person is called kindness I think and they are the person we helped in layer 2 in the maze puzzle first you need to pick up the radio next to the dead body so you can talk to the person. Tell them what to do through chat. the symbols next to the levers show what room it closes off do not flip the lever in the surveillance room because it will shut off the balcony room skip the surveillance room and go straight to the balcony room and flip the lever then flip the lever in the kitchen move them back to the balcony room then flip your lever do not flip your lever when they are in the kitchen because your lever shuts off the kitchen. that will cause them to die and you will get the cold as nice badge. if done correctly the door will open and you will get the what a nice view badge
For those still stuck on the code, its 3 - 12 - 4 - 4 - 8. the last extra row of buttons is 10,11,12. Or in another way to look at it; the THIRD button on the FIRST row, then the THIRD button on the FOURTH row, then FIRST button on the SECOND row (press that button 2 times), then lastly press the SECOND button on the THIRD row. hope this helps
I tried doing this in single player but the monster didn’t freeze (probably because it was still next to me) and I tried to lure it into the freezer but it stopped moving completely
the monster you have to lure to the freezer room has a really bad AI, even if youre near her, she wont really try to actually follow you, often times, she can get stuck and totally ignore you. I just happrned to have won by chance because occasionally after a few minutes, shell teleport into a new room, and when she did, she teleported to the freezer room, i hapepned to be lucky and win this way. Ive been trying to lure her for like half an hour before that finally happened

When I turned on the power to the lever for the freezer room, she went for me and forced me to stay where I was, killed me, and *somehow* she teleported UP A FLOOR, ON THE BALCONY, where the survivor was
Late but the monster even after all this time has shit ai, surprised how the devs still haven’t fixed it Its just rng since you have to pray it tps to the freezer It took me 7 hours when the layer came out because of the ai 😭
