I also work with arm & Hammer baking soda and sea salt does arm & Hammer is a cleansing agent.

I mix more sea salt than I do arm & Hammer but it's a staying agent.
Like if it gets moist outside like it does in East Texas and gets you know like do on the ground the arm & Hammer with the sea salt will stay with it also have Himalayan that you can mix with as well so yeah that's a good idea that you brought all that up yeah I'm just trying to help you in another way.

Just remember though you go look for him look in spots where they can get in but they can't get out because it's very hard for them to move around I have a turtle I've had for almost 5 years and when she gets into a spot she's stuck if I don't get her out she's not getting out
He's probably somewhere waiting for you to come and get him because he's probably stuck against a wall or you know something that he can't they don't go backwards unless they're in the water
