I am an authentic Batanguena. We do not use any fillers such as luncheon meat, hotdog, liver spread and green peas in our recipe. Additionally, catsup is NEVER mixed with the rest of the ingredients. It is served on the side. Chorizo de Bilbao is inserted with a hard boiled egg in the our rolled embutido.
Morcon and embutido ay magkaiba...When we say morcon we use thinly sliced beef ti wrapped the ingredients...while embutido we use sinsal or aluminum foil or these banana to wrap the rest of the ingredients...😊
