This is the second time since I moved in to my curent home in June that I have found one of your videos on this boiler to help me with a problem.
    Thank you so much.

Thanks, Mark. I sent you a donation for saving me the cost of calling someone in. Amazingly the user manual for the boiler doesn't contain this simple information

Thank you so much Mark ... you're a lifesaver! Very easy video to follow. The fault message has now disappeared and the boiler is once again heating my water and radiators. 😊😊

Many thanks Mark. Your video was extremely helpful, unlike the Vaillant handbook. It saved my elderly mother-in-law from 36 hours without heating and hot water, awaiting an engineer. Well done and keep up the good work!

You’ve saved a freezing family this morning. I watched your other one first and could find the taps but then found this one and it was so easy to follow!!! Thank you so much x

Yep, worked a treat. Poring through the manuals told me what the code meant and what to do to fix it but not *_how_* to do it. We needed you for that. Great instructions and fixed it in a couple of minutes instead of giving up and calling in help. Also appreciated you telling me I'd have to wait 5 mins for the boiler to reset itself. Saved me from a cold November night. Thank you.

LIFESAVER!! The boiler stopped working yesterday half way through running my bath, and hadn't been able to get hold of our regular boiler man today. 30 seconds work and everything's fixed!

Thank you, Mark! Just sent you a donation. Coldest night of the year, puncture on drive home after 3 weeks. No heat, no hot water. Know how
Lucky we are not to be in a war zone tonight, but… You saved us. In a world of awful news, you - and MR BATES VS THE POST OFFICE (I work in TV) reminded us of the good guys. Thanks again, and Happy New Year.

We had an F22 after bleeding a radiator, I'm assuming it took too much pressure out of the system as it took a lot of bleeding! Your video fixed it, thank you so much!

Amazing and a massive thanks! Came back home from holiday and found the boiler was down to 0 bar and the house was an ice box following a sub zero temperature week . This has fixed the hot water and heating is kicking in now. So so grateful to you for the quick turnaround and saving some money on it!

I had had my engineer come to do this once and when it happened again he referred me to your clip and now I use it to do it whenever it occurs,! So may I thank you warmly for ironically keeping me in hot water and allowing me to heat the house, a bit at least in these expensive times. Your explanation and clear easy steps are just brilliant!

    Hi Mark,
Excellent simplified video. I have a new Vaillant eco fit pure 30 Boiler and it's great. 3 minutes and 8 Radiators are Hot. Only problem i have had is 1 Radiator Joint leaking.
They are old Radiators though. I have Bled the upstairs Loo Radiator twice in a month since Boiler Install otherwise no issues. Super Hot Radiators now.

I had a problem with finding the right taps for this - if you're having trouble, there should be five pipes:
L - R, 1 is hot water to radiators, 2 is hot water to taps, 3 is gas, 4 is cold water supply, 5 is water from radiators (this is a loop to reheat the warm water).
You need to feed cold water supply from 4 to 5 - there should be two taps (with handles) on 4 and 5 - if there is no visible connection between the two, you should attach a flexible metal sleeved pipe between the two (there had always been a flexi pipe lying on top of the boiler - I never knew what it was until now), turn on the tap on pipe 4, and then turn on the tap to pipe 5. This will fill the radiator loop with water and bring up the pressure. Don't forget to close the taps, and remove the flexible pipe.
Don't touch any other valves, especially ones without tap handles, you only need to use these two!

But i did increase the bar pressure a bit higher than middle. Do you know how to decrease bar pressure? And its making noise like hammering sound after increasing the bar pressure. Is this common?
