Man, Until Dawn was one of my favorite games. I'll never forget playing through it all night with my best bud. Can't wait to do that again here. I tried with the Dark Pictures games but they just don't really be hitting like Until Dawn did. I love the longer more engaging campy style of it. So excited for this!! And I love that they waited to show it until it's a few months from release.
100% agree with you! I recently after years of trying platnuimed it on PS4. I could never get past Hannah at the end in the lodge or sometimes my shotgun wouldn't shoot with Chris with the flame thrower guy so could never fully save him or Sam. But I did it!! I'm the same as you I didnt like the Dark pictures so I'm so hyped for this! This feels like Until Dawn!!
Until dawn is the playstation franchise and dark pictures is the xbox franchise so they are structured very similarly. Each console likes to have exclusive launches similarly it's all politics but both until dawn and dark pictures anthology are both excellent properties

Hope they can top the wendigo, it was so horrifying wonder what was stalking you the entire game and when it was revealed what it was and how many of them there were it became a true edge of your seat experience

This game is made by the creators of Until Dawn everybody. Supermassive put that game out and The Dark Pictures series, so yeah they are bound to have similar vibes.

So you could have up to five players either online, or movie mode, where the game pauses between character segments and you pass the controller around.

Ever since Fahrenheit on the original Xbox I have loved these games. I’m as excited for this as I was Heavy rain on PS3 and Until dawn on PS4; the reason why I bought a PS4. They remind me of the choose your own adventure books I read back in the 70s and 80s.
I noticed Lin Shaye in the cover art (She acted in every Insidious movie)And for them to have this stacked with actors they have to have a lot invested into this game.But for games like these I always wait to watch actual gameplay before buying.
It'll play just like Until Dawn and The Dark Pictures. Gameplay is mostly quicktime events, choosing from dialogue options, picking which direction to go, etc.

Im a huge fan of until dawn so ill definitely be playing this game. Everyone's saying its a loaded cast but sadly i only know lin shaye from insidious and justice smith from detective Pikachu. Although ive seen most of the movies and shows these actors played in, i dont recognize them

Until then, I recommend playing "Until Dawn." You might like it. It seems to be similar gameplay wise with horror.
