!! They un-nerfed her?!? I really wanted to brew Lysaga back when Baldur's gate dropped but they for some reason made her a 5cmc commander and 5cmc for a toolbox commander with an activated ability was just not worth it. Preemptively clickling the like button just for the information hahaha
They changed her back when she rotated from Alchemy!

Golgari sure has some silly little guy* commanders that manage to pull of some cool stuff. I've still been having fun with Smeagol after all this time, might have to play around with this too.
Wow, how lucky can you be to play oracle of alpha, GET the extra turn almost immediately. THEN shuffle it back in and have it in the top 10 cards of your deck.
I’ve seen Baba Lusaka played with artifact lands, enchantment and artifact creatures, etc… to cut down on the need to sac 3 things

24:17 - yeah, it's a mix of panslavic Baba Yaga and Łysa Góra (Bald Mountain) where witches were supposed to meet in Polish folklore.
This was a great video; I love sacrifice decks! I'd love to see you try out Lazav, Wearer of Faces, Dina, Soul Steeper, or update Kroxa and Kunoros!

I would love to see Ziatora, the Incerator in a full video, if for no other reason then just because she has the single coolest name anyone ever came up with.
I love Baba Lasagna! One if my favorite commanders to be sure. One thing I might add to your deck, though, is Blinkmoth Nexus. Sanguine Brushstroke is good, but Nexus is an Artifact Land Creature for one mana! And if you play cards that bring lands back to the battlefield...
EDIT: I didn't see it was already in there because your beautiful face was covering it!
My cousin made a deck using Baba Lysaga, but he uses the lands that also become artifact creatures so he can sacrifice one permanent to get the full value.
I have one in the deck! I don't have Foundry in currently
Commander Deck suggestion:
Ghalta, Primal Hunger
Deckbuild:
1 drops - add all the little mana dorks
Payoffs: Add "equal to power/toughness" payoffs like, Verdant Rejuvenation, Last march of the Ents, Rishkar's Expertise etc.
Haste: Swifties, Surrak and Goreclaw
Lastly: Sort by "Dinosaur" - then add those cards until 100
It's a really really dumb deck, but it's also really funny to punch with a 12/12 or cast Verdant Rejuvenation finding 12 permanents xD
It really just let's you enjoy your inner Timmy for a few games! :D
