1:10 I was once told that the order in which your team pick is based on your elo. The one with the highest rank pick first. I didn't believe it that back then, and seeing Lily picking second, I believe it even less.
It REALLY depends. First pick for your highest elo if they have a really strong pick that can't be hard countered (a good jungler for example), trade picks until your highest elo can either counter pick or pick their main into a non-counter (if they first pick heimerdinger and then opponent hits irelia, the game is over). Those are the two that I tend to use, im sure there are other methods, but I have found those to work.
I love the amount of times lily pulls the fed enemy towards her and the team mate who is about to die and also away from the other team mate who is coming in to help. It takes a lot of skill to play it that badly i think :D
