hi admin, I have an injury in my shoulder which doesn't allow me to throw the ball accurately or if whenever I try to throw the ball then for next five minutes I feels like I don't have a shoulder something like that please advise

i would advise that you STOP trying to throw balls until your shoulder has fully recovered or it will just hurt more and take longer to heal.

Good, but I repeatabley injure my arm/shoulder when throwing further then that (from the boundary) which I presume is to do with the position of my arm. but what is the technique when throwing further?
