    In level 4's "pericarditis" case, the pr-depression is not enough for the diagnosis of the pericarditis. The ST-depression in lead III actually rules it out, so it is most likely a lateral MI with reciprocal changes in the right-sided leads. If you want to call it pericarditis, you're not allowed to have ANY ST-depression in other leads than V1 or aVR.

    Im not a professional but what does it mean if s wave is not present in sinus tachycardia? And some pwaves are like divided into two
    Sorry i just got no one to ask questions and many things i want to ask i cannot search

    aT 1:44 IT APPEARS TO BE 80 BPM , YET IT IS LISTED AS SINUS BRADYCARDIA

      It is listed as sinus rhythm.

      @@MelGypsy33There are many ways to calculate the heart rate. One way is to divide 60 by the RR interval in seconds. Another technique which you mentioned is to count the number of R waves in a 6 second strip and then multiply by 10.
