He thinks you should build an extended wooden Deck that will extend the Front Porch you can paint it after its finished . Guest can sit out there on a Cool Evening and enjoy that view till it gets dark😅. What an Amazing View it is up there on that Hill. A Million Dollar View no doubt. We will definately Love to stay there. Ok its just an idea. If you like it, let me know. These type of decks we have seen here all over Georgia. Yes we are watching ftom Georgia, not far from Jamaican Uncle .About an hour drive West of where he is. Anyways...good Luck!
If you turn that house into a place for your guests to stay, will you be putting up railings outside around the whole house itself, mainly because of how high the house is on the hill, also safety stairs coming up the hill towards the house itself. what you don't want is your guests suing you for lack safety leading up to the house and around the house itself, because your guests could be elderly and could be very young children, so look into that and make everything safe.
