Those in charge of the equipment and or technology should take more proactive steps to ensure things are working properly because this was ridiculous!! Runners should not have wait this long as they all have worked and prepared physically, mentally, and spiritually, for these moments.
Of course this is finishing leg improvement but the more the merrier. I want Shericka to continue to strengthen her breathing to keep her legs going at the end. This is what is holding her back from being at the top of the level ALL THE TIME. She is stronger than she thinks and she has leg speed. She only needs the finishing leg power that is beating her. If she would just challenge herself and REALLY push hard at that last quarter or so - I am not technical - but I can see and I know what she might not realize that she can do.

Kemba's start is historically the better part of her race. Elaine has a faster top end speed usually. Kemba has mentioned that she is working on the latter part of her race.
