Can’t wait to get my Hands on FORD . The car company are really best in the world. The best Car Company in the world . They always think about the future. Forever Ford 🌎🎁 DREAM CAR
Welcome Ford to Tennessee! I hope that local design firms have an opportunity to work on the new facilities! We would love to provide structural engineering services! This is a game changer to this part of TN!
The question that comes to mind is who is going to pay for beefing up the power grid to support all the needed electricity? The answer is you and me. Tax payers are who are paying all these incentives the state is offering to bring in these manufacturers. All the jobs are great, but it's not nearly as attractive when you realize where the money to pay the salaries ACTUALLY comes from.
I thinks its great what your doing but what happens to all the trees, the animal life. The more the world expands, the more we take away from the earth you say you want to protect. Tare down the old facilities and build the new ones there. There a lot of people that will agree with me.
I would have thought that a project of this magnitude required a rail line to supply raw materials and deliver finished product. Can it really be carbon neutral when fleets of 18 wheelers will be streaming in and out, 24/7? FYI, I got my Lightning reservation in on the first day available.
Although these Fords are great, but most Americans are priced out of most all Models of these Fords. Many I have seen buy the Cheaper vehicles like Dodge and Hyundai and many others like them the low cost vehicles. The Price for a Ford is now out of reach for a lot of Americans.
So much for a Detroit revitalization. What really happened there? I am not buying any of the reasons, being laid out. I know the CEO, rehearsed the reasons, of the flyover, of Detroit, and Michigan. A 50-mile drive will leave many Memphians in the drive. Been better in Marion-West Memphis. Hoards of Memphians would have been hired. This is not a Memphis plant, It is a West TN plant. That is all the governor of TN was thinking. Not Memphians. They can't seem to win for losing.
We are expanding in Michigan. Earlier this month, we announced the addition of 450 hourly jobs and a $250 million investment in Southeast Michigan to increase production capacity of all-electric Ford F-150 Lightning trucks. Ford has invested $7.7 billion in Michigan and created and retained 7,000 jobs since 2016.
@@ford Thanks for the info. Plus, there is plenty of water there in Michigan. With all the great lakes. the snow falls, that melts into water. But where are you getting all the lithium needed? Memphians though, will have to reside in Haywood county to work there. '👌👌
You’re doing your family name proud Bill Ford. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
This should help show everyone that we can do better for this planet

With the upcoming electrification of Ford's fleet, I was wondering where all those battery packs would be supplied from. Well, I wonder no more....

Bring back the Focus RS but make it an EV. Could compete with Tesla model 3 performance.

Make a new excursion
Let's in the state of Texas could be built for electric vehicles instead of alternative fuel.
