Matchroom could retract the payment or even use legal action to collect asserts to the value of the purse and potentialy some costs but they cant stop him refusing a rematch and all the belts allow him to attempt to become undisputed . He can really push the price up on rematch . They may have stipulated a 50/50 ect but again ruiz can tell them no . Ie keep the 5 mil and take 50 mil from haymon to then fight wilder . Either way eddie is on the back foot here. Hence his statement that he calls the shots now .

All Andy has to do is maintain his endurance at a high level and fine-tune his skills; then when the re-match is announced, go into serious fight-mode training. He was born with fast-twitch muscle fibers; no one can realistically "improve" speed; it just doesn't happen that way biologically. You're born with it or you're not. But he can work on fine-tuning and keeping his skills sharp, and avoid the "rust." He'll repeat that wonderful performance and keep the belts. God protects the humble and meek with good souls.
