I had this happen to me. I was hearing a radio station. It stopped for a while, now it is happening again after 30 years. This time I am hearing music and people talking between songs.
I not only remember "I Love Lucy" when it wasn't reruns. I remember Amos n' Andy on TV, and Abbot & Costello. Along with Hudsons, Desotos, X-ray machines in shoe stores, ten-cent comic books...
Not that unusual after all we do have an organic computer with two highly advanced auditory sensors which we still don't fully understand and never shall. Everyone knows tooth pain is the worst kind of pain. Because, the root nerves are only a short distance from the brain. It's not unreasonable that all one needs do is fine tune this organic receivers sensitivity by adding to any tooth an antenna made from certain types of metal alloys. Lastly, because AM radio is amplitude modulation it doesn't take that much of a receiver to receive these high energy low freq pulsing from high to low signals. In conclusion, a strong enough signal from a nearby sine wave generating radio station operating anywhere from 520 to 850 kHz could be weakly received by a recently repaired tooth now acting like a roughly tuned antenna thus, completing a new pathway to the brain.
Oh that is nothing unusual. The town fire station is across the street from me. I have heard the firestation through my radio I thought. I tossed the radio because I thought my radio was broadcasting the firestation.. it was ‘t the radio. I could just hear it. We had a child move home and I moved my bedroom to the other side of the house. The firestation noise ended .
