Look at the organ part at 5'17" (just before the Gloria of the Nunc, and it sounds like the phrase "Have a Banana" which is a reference to a Music Hall song, 'Let's all go down the Strand' ... which has the phrase in it - same rhythm and pitch as in the Sumsion ... so it's become a chorister's joke!
