This Psalm is very dear to me. God saved me from porn addiction and my soul mourns over my sins. I will never forget who I was but will keep walking in purity, only with His power. Listening on this it brings tears to me…

This Psalm 34 in song, is one where it is so,so soothing and gives much His peace and comfort and would definitely speak to the lonely person, that conveys God understands abd He brings comfort and joy and hope and settles the mind and the heart and gives His assurance that all is well! Both the musical score, the instrumentation, as well as the soul-wrenching pleading of the author--the singer--speak of a broken heart, crushed under the weight of his sins. Anyone know which Bible translation this is?
I (Shane) use a combination of Bible translations, primarily the ESV, KJV/NKJV, NIV, and NASB, to put the lyrics together.I do not follow any specific translation word-for-word, though some songs may come somewhat close. I try to balance faithfulness to the literal text with the aesthetic quality of the song.
