I still don’t understand how she never won an Emmy or Golden Globe for this role. I mean the episode where she plays all the “Janet’s” alone should’ve been worth one of each.
D'Arcy Carden is SO SO SO SO good in this role lol. Her delivery on her lines is so good. I always laugh at "this is a stock photo of the crowd at the Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards :)" and also after her approximation of human crying when Michael says "Oh Janet. That was beautiful." The way she just casually and matter-of-factly says "yeah" just kills me lol.
I love how Janet's crying sounds like some sort of mating sound. Also, 2:04 I have a feeling that was actually Bad Janet disguised. P.S: Eleanor steals the show every scene she's in. She really is protagonist material.
I always knew this was a limited-run show... that it could not continue on and on. And I welcomed its ending. But BETTER OFF TED and THE GOOD PLACE are the TV shows that make me laugh out loud. About a catcus.
If Janet was in front of me, I'd ask her if aliens exist, how evolved the most important ones are, if they have afterlives, how accurate super hero comics are to the functioning of aliens, if any of them are true story based, and how time travel works. I'd also ask about alternative realities.
1. Yes, of course extraterrestrial life exists. 2. "How evolved" is a human concept (generally considered a flawed idea in science) and none are more important than any other. All life stems from a single (non-physical) source. Inanimate beings are also "alive" in a sense as they have a sort of consciousness and spirit. Abiogenesis was not the beginning of real life, just one of many evolutionary steps, albeit a very significant one. 3. Every "living being" (life form with a metabolism, ability to reproduce) has a pre- and after- life because the physical plane is a place that is visited through living a life here. Probably the same for inanimate beings, but no personal experience / knowledge there. 4. Way off. 5. No idea. 6. Your location in space-time is a 4d vector with 3d of space and one of time. Time is actually n-dimensional, but you ordinarily are confined to a single "time line", or location within a single dimension of time. Time travel is the process of jumping tracks to a different time line where as little as a single "qbit" (to borrow a quantum computing term) of quantum information in the universe differs from the previous. 7. See above.
I would ask her: -Who the heck were the "Sea Peoples" - Wich is the truth about [enter random mysterius historial event] -Where the conspiracionist near to the truth on anything? -Scientology, everything about it. Including were is their leader's wife

It was a genius performance every time she appeared. One of the best roles on TV

Everyone's favorite not-a-girl 💙💛
Janet managed to develop feeling for Jason to the point that she destroyed reality itself
A pretty reasonable reaction to seeing Manny Jacinto to be fair.
I love that since Janet wasn't in on the plans, Michael's suggestions for how she should act that went wrong were real
Gotta love Janet they are amazing and not a robot
Also not a girl.
Love how the one time Chidi makes a quick decision, to be the one to kill Janet, it immediately backfires due to the failsafe.
Janet was dead wearing one outfit and then came back to life in a whole new outfit. I only just now noticed this.
The best of Janet is the whole show basically lol
Acting so dang good, took me a while to realize Bad Janet - same actor - like holy shirt!

I just finished watching this a few days ago. It was an amazing watch.
she knows her ABJanets...
LMAO!
Kevin Paltonic just wanted to keep things... platonic.

1:22 "bro why you here?"
"Nothing I had this island where I did terrible things, why are you here?"
"We suck at basketball"
Baaaaaaahhhhhh-ah-ah-ah-ah-ahh
I loved how it sounded like a mating sound.
4:54
(I gonna translate it later)
Janet le mintió a Eleanor sobre ser madre y tener hijos a los cuales ama
Le dió justo donde le importa 🚶
The "cruel and distant" Janet from episode 3 is basically just Bad Janet.
*L O O K A T T H E M !!!*
There's newspaper printing in the Good Place which means they have a composing room! I know what I'd be doing! :b

I'd ask about Kevin Paltonic
