I remember the 1949 Olds 88 vividly!!! I learned to drive in 1940s cars (in 1959) and the 1949 88 was the first car that I drove that had an auto trans and an OHV V8. It felt like a jet compared to the 1940s vintage Kaisers, Frazers, Packards & Chevs that I drove first,
yes true going to try to find some the problem is we use youtube music cause itès so easy lately to get flagged with copyright itès a real pain ..but will try Tks
I like this vehicle Very much. When we are Children, we have travelled in this Black Old Smobile Car from our Grand Mother's House at Badaweshwara Road 6th Cross in Mysore to World famous Picnic Spot Krishnaraja Sagar Dam along with our family members. Our Car Driver was Ramu who was looking like Popular Tamil Comedian King Thai Nagesh of My favourite Movie Anubhavi Raja Anubhavi released at My Altime Favourite PADMA TALKIES. That vehicle cleanet was Raju. However I like this vehicle Very much. Spendid, Marvelous. It was a Beautiful Journey.
