My husband and I had jobs that required each of us to keep client or customer confidentiality. We both have been on juries and never discussed the cases with each other until after the case ended. We played by the rules.

As a juror once myself - i did not share anything at all and told my wife simply not to ask and that it was very important to follow the process. I learned so much in that time. Jurors don't talk to eachother ether until deliberating together by lead of the chosen foreman. We felt accountable to each other and to respect the rules. We never had an issue with it everyone did their job and we went home when done. For the most part our case was not very interesting anyway. And when people asked all they wanted to know was the very basics ( hollywood drama) and the truth was that it was far more intricate than that and was real life.
So what we got here is a thief and adulterer.

@@mitchhills4747 It's made up, this court has no jurisdiction over election interference and they had to literally escalate a misdemeanor to justify the case.
Having served on two juries that got to the deliberation stage both juries were different. The first jury was a court martial jury and as the junior officer on the jury there was no way I was going to bring up the case during our breaks prior to being handed the case. So I sat there quietly and absolutely nothing to say. Having said that rest assured that I did not hesitate to challenge the opinions of the senior officers during the deliberations. I did not feel put upon, my input was in fact welcomed. On the civilian case, my behavior was exactly the same. While the other jurors had discissions about the case sometime, I sat quietly and said nothing, which led them to believe that I was opposed to the opinions they were expressing and that they had their work cut out for them to convince me to their point of view. In fact I agreed 100%. So once we were handed the case, everybody wanted to hear what I had to say because I was backing up with evidence what they had already said. It was a civil case and in my state there are two juries. The first jury determines liability and the second damages if any. This was the first jury. Most people take being on a jury seriously. Once they have been selected they want to do a GOOD job.

Because of the Trump stink, and general office vacancies due to work from home, he may not be covering the land lease and general operating expenses. In that case the building isn't worth anything to a buyer, despite its size. When the NY Attorney General is finally allowed to collect on the civil judgements, there may be nothing to collect.

Experience as a juror who sat on several cases. Honesty, common sense and jury instructions are the most important and critical part of reaching a decision. Honesty deals with that part of you that want to do what's right. Common sense is that part of you that wants to be comprehensive. Jury instructions is the part that directs and guides you, to a decision you think or believe is right both morally and according to law. (There you have it from my opinion).

My experience as a juror was base all on facts of the truth under our constitutional law that govern us all because we are all innocent until proven guilty to acknowledge the law versus denied the law for we all know the law but our failure is not to obey it

Usually when a jury is sent to their room to decide,they'll take a hand vote to get an idea how people are thinking. It rally depends on the foreperson. They may immediately start discussing what each person's individual take was,too. I always think of the movie 12 Angry Men. How one person's view point can sometimes sway the others.
They have an opportunity to go over all the evidence and court transcripts (what the court reporter wrote down) and compare that to the jury instructions. But if their minds are already made up, they can vote and come back as fast as they can fill out the necessary paperwork (each charge has to be recorded yea or nay),
lots of debate first, they can swing ither way before making a decision
