Laverne is actually the name of Victor Hugo’s sister, Victor Hugo wrote the original Hunchback of Notre Dame book which is why the gargoyles were named that in the movie. They definitely should’ve named her Marie though because that’s Victor Hugo’s middle name, would’ve made the joke work a lot better
My personal favorite is definitely RAX, but SDG is for sure the heart, soul, and face of the franchise.
