I just discovered your channel and I liked and subscribed hoping for more Dimash reactions😊 Dimash is a 30-years old singer from Kazakhstan and believe me, you’ve seen nothing at all. In my opinion you have discovered the best singer in the world. He has perfect pitch and currently has a vocal range of 6 octaves. Not in one song (mostly anyway, but it does happen sometimes😅). However, if you include the notes he has sung live in his concerts so far, you get almost 8 octaves (7.7 from vocal fry C1 (B0) to the whistle register D8; this note is no longer on the piano). At least that's what he's shown us so far. And this in all registers (chest, mixed and head voice up to the whistle register). The transitions from one register to the other are so fluid that they are sometimes not recognized even by vocal coaches or professional singers. His voice is the result not only of his God-given talent, but also of his almost 25 years of hard daily training. From the age of 5 he attended music school in his hometown of Aktobe. He plays several instruments like piano, dombra (a kazach instrument), drums, marimba and more. He has classical as well as contemporary vocal training and sings in different genres from opera to pop, jazz, Kazakh folk, ballads, RnB and he even raps a bit. And often he skillfully mixes several genres in one song. Mainly classic and pop, so he created a new crossover genre. And meanwhile in more than 15 languages. And at his concert in Almaty, Kazakhstan on September 23, 2022 he sang in 7 languages in one concert! He sings no mainstream and is a completely independent artist. He is managed by his father Kanat, who founded his own company "DimashAli Creative Center". The logo can be seen at the beginning of many of Dimash's videos. Maybe that’s the reason you never heard of him yet. He doesn’t sell his soul to a music label. He doesn’t want to be dictated by money when he has to sing what, when, where and how. Many of my favorite songs are in his native tongue. He is a nice, intelligent, respectful and humble person. He respects people regardless of their original, religion or profession. He truly loves his homeland Kazakhstan and his people with all his heart and always shows it with pride in many of his songs, concerts and interviews. At his concerts he tells the audience that he has given concerts in many countries and repeatedly emphasizes that he loves everyone in every country. And there are no bad nations (only bad leaders). And I absolutely believe this. His recent concerts were in Prague and Düsseldorf (end of November 2024). It was so amazing and it lasts more than 3 hours. I still haven't really arrived in the here and now😅. Believe it or not but he really gets better and better. Every time you think you know him and his art, that you've seen the best and that it's impossible for it to get any better, you realize you're so wrong. He's very spiritual and thankful for the gift God has given him. But he also works very hard to constantly improve his vocal skills. He said in an interview that he trains at least 3 hours every day, if necessary, it can be 10 hours to prepare for a concert. He loves swimming and also a lot under water. Maybe that's why he has this large lung capacity to hold the notes as long as he does. He is constantly his biggest competitior to get better and better. He is a real perfectionist. He's a singer you can't put in any box. He sings almost every genre there is and likes to try new things. You can't compare him to any other singer on this planet. He loves Freddie Mercury, but also Michael Jackson, Lara Fabian, Luciano Pavarotti and Eminem and you can also hear that one or the other has an influence on some of his songs. I get goosebumps every time I hear it. Stranger was written by the famous Russian/Ukrainian composer, producer and songwriter Igor Krutoy. His and Dimash's collaboration created true masterpieces. He writes songs that only Dimash can sing with his vocal range, such as Olimpico, Stranger or Ave Maria. You’ll often see him accompanying Dimash on the piano. If Igor Krutoy is there, the song was also written by him. The two have no contract. Their cooperation is based more on mutual trust. It’s more like a father/son relationship. Ah the recommendations have started. 😄Yes, I agree, you are in for a wild ride if you keep going with Dimash. In my 76 yrs, I have never heard anyone who even approaches this young man's talented abilities. He is from Kazakhstan and has been training in music and vocals from the age of 5 yrs old and is now 30 yrs old. He trains like an athlete and has said singing is like a sport, constant physical training is required to keep all the body in shape to sing perfectly (as he does). He trains 3 - 4 hrs a day without fail in order to keep the required muscle memory to hit notes EXACTLY as he does. And he keeps his body exercised by running, horseback riding, tennis, soccer, taekwondo, swimming for breath control. I have not heard him miss a note (except maybe once when he was exhausted by too many flights and performances in too short a time) in 7 yrs. He "strikes" notes dead on with his voice. His voice actually sounds like an instrument it is so pure. His live concerts are like magic and mesmerizes his thousands of fans who travel from all over the world to see and hear him live in whatever country he holds them in. His current "Stranger" World Tour solo concerts will continue into 2025 and we are awaiting the country list to find out where the next concerts will be scheduled. Do not expect all of Dimash's songs to have such a range spread as SOS. Many of his songs are just absolutely beautiful but not extreme in range. I would estimate about half his songs are that way. The other half allow him to spread his wings into the depths and into space. I subscribed because I want to hear you react to more Dimash. I only “discovered” him late last summer and I’ve been completely obsessed ever since. His longtime fans will fill you on the details (I’m sure they’ve already begun) but honestly, he is the most incredible singer I’ve ever heard and music is the thing I love more than anything else in the world. I personally like it when reactors go back to the early years of his fame when he was a wild card contestant in a Chinese show called “I Am Singer (2017)” wherein the contestants are already established, professional singers. He blows them away from the very first performance (including S.O.S.). If you do react to any of those performances, wait until the very end before turning the video off. There are some great moments at the end of those performances. His voice has matured a lot since then which is saying something, because he was phenomenal even then. Anyway, great reaction. I loved it and seeing reactors have the same response I had the first time I heard Dimash, when we realize we’ve heard a voice unlike any other we’ve ever heard. (It’s kind of addictive actually:-) One word of caution: don’t react to any of the “World’s Best” performances because we Dimash fans don’t like the incredibly disrespectful way he was treated on that show. It's joyful to see somebody's first reaction to hearing Dimash.. Yes , as others have commented below, Dimash really does sing like this. Every performance is amazing and different. Because he can switch and sing in so many octaves and genres, he can sing pretty much anything. You will be astounded the more you listen to him. Please watch, his performances from the Chinese i am a singer competition in 2017, he was only 22 then. The other songs to watch are Stranger, Olympico, Ikanaide, to name a few. Here you can hear a large part of his vocal range, as well as an incredibly awesome Kazakh instrument. The Qobys. The man who often plays the Qkobys in Dimash’s performances is the best on this instrument and a good friend of Dimash. His name is Olzhas Qurmanbek. Stranger is one of my absolute favorite songs. I get goosebumps every time I hear it.
Stranger was written by the famous Russian/Ukrainian composer, producer and songwriter Igor Krutoy. His and Dimash's collaboration created true masterpieces. He writes songs that only Dimash can sing with his vocal range, such as Olimpico, Stranger or Ave Maria. You’ll often see him accompanying Dimash on the piano. If Igor Krutoy is there, the song was also written by him. The two have no contract. Their cooperation is based more on mutual trust. It’s more like a father/son relationship.
He wrote this song and others especially for Dimash’s wide vocal range. But you have to be careful with this song. It gets blocked a lot😐.

Ah the recommendations have started. 😄Yes, I agree, you are in for a wild ride if you keep going with Dimash. In my 76 yrs, I have never heard anyone who even approaches this young man's talented abilities. He is from Kazakhstan and has been training in music and vocals from the age of 5 yrs old and is now 30 yrs old. He trains like an athlete and has said singing is like a sport, constant physical training is required to keep all the body in shape to sing perfectly (as he does). He trains 3 - 4 hrs a day without fail in order to keep the required muscle memory to hit notes EXACTLY as he does. And he keeps his body exercised by running, horseback riding, tennis, soccer, taekwondo, swimming for breath control. I have not heard him miss a note (except maybe once when he was exhausted by too many flights and performances in too short a time) in 7 yrs. He "strikes" notes dead on with his voice. His voice actually sounds like an instrument it is so pure. His live concerts are like magic and mesmerizes his thousands of fans who travel from all over the world to see and hear him live in whatever country he holds them in. His current "Stranger" World Tour solo concerts will continue into 2025 and we are awaiting the country list to find out where the next concerts will be scheduled.
Do not expect all of Dimash's songs to have such a range spread as SOS. Many of his songs are just absolutely beautiful but not extreme in range. I would estimate about half his songs are that way. The other half allow him to spread his wings into the depths and into space. Try watching these vastly different performances and songs:

I subscribed because I want to hear you react to more Dimash. I only “discovered” him late last summer and I’ve been completely obsessed ever since. His longtime fans will fill you on the details (I’m sure they’ve already begun) but honestly, he is the most incredible singer I’ve ever heard and music is the thing I love more than anything else in the world. I personally like it when reactors go back to the early years of his fame when he was a wild card contestant in a Chinese show called “I Am Singer (2017)” wherein the contestants are already established, professional singers. He blows them away from the very first performance (including S.O.S.). If you do react to any of those performances, wait until the very end before turning the video off. There are some great moments at the end of those performances. His voice has matured a lot since then which is saying something, because he was phenomenal even then. Anyway, great reaction. I loved it and seeing reactors have the same response I had the first time I heard Dimash, when we realize we’ve heard a voice unlike any other we’ve ever heard. (It’s kind of addictive actually:-) One word of caution: don’t react to any of the “World’s Best” performances because we Dimash fans don’t like the incredibly disrespectful way he was treated on that show. It's joyful to see somebody's first reaction to hearing Dimash.. Yes , as others have commented below, Dimash really does sing like this. Every performance is amazing and different. Because he can switch and sing in so many octaves and genres, he can sing pretty much anything. You will be astounded the more you listen to him. Please watch, his performances from the Chinese i am a singer competition in 2017, he was only 22 then. The other songs to watch are Stranger, Olympico, Ikanaide, to name a few. More recent you have 'When i've got you', then his epic song & music video The Story of One Sky, and the live performance at his Astana concert, there's just too much to list, you will find it, and the dears (his fans) will share lots , once they know you want to hear more.
