Captivating smile. It’s innocent & yet seductive. A beautiful soul. He lost his Mother, who he adored. Then, Priscilla left him and took his baby girl Lisa Marie. I think after those two losses his heart was broken beyond words. He never really seemed happy in the years that followed and there ‘Sadly weren't many. He was a Christian and he sang Gospel Music with so much emotion you could see he was singing for Jesus Christ ✝🙏 He’s home now & he’s no longer hurting. What a beautiful man. Millions love him still. He won’t ever be forgotten.

I had the honor of seeing Elvis Presley in concert eight times. It was the eight greatest days of my life we had to sleep in the street and sleeping bags for days, waiting online to get tickets because everything was cash. There was no credit cards. Wow! I only saw him in person once in 1972 but it was one of the best experiences of my entire life. I’ve regretted many things but never have U ever regretted digging for the money to go & see Elvis! I had nothing but I pulled money from groceries & didn’t pay a few bills but I bought the ticket and saw him. Best night ever! Hampton VA Concert 1972. (5 years before he passed).

Hi Cindy, once again I love your Elvis reactions, I've always loved this song and play it often, no one can sing a song like this as well as Elvis, and I love his smile also, I've told you I went to 3 concerts of his and hearing it live is undescribable, I really wish you could go to Graceland and see the home of this amazing man, it's timeless, like going back and rembering times when he was still with us. He has touched My heart since I was 5 and I will love him to the day I die. Cindy please keep up the great job reacting to Elvis, as you know he never disappoints. A Love Song, but I have used this song to remember and recover from the death of my grandmother. A VERY painful time for me. Tears flowed but the healing was real.

This is the 1966 version of the song . It's lovley but in 1973 elvis voice had matured and in the concert he sang it with depth feeling and its amazing .
Please do the live version from the concert which your showing .
The 73 song was a tribute to the song writer who had died of cancer . Both concerts raised 75 0000 dollars for the cancer fund . Elvis donated his whole cost of the show to the cancer fund
You are right. I was at the 73 concert that was broadcasted around the world and seen by 1.5 Billion people. I loved the 1973 version better. I sat 3rd row center n couldn't take my eyes off of him. I was 21.
Appreciate the info. Ive known the Aloha version for ever without knowing he recorded it in 66 as well as ive never heard the Spinout album. I thought they’d messed up the sound balance from the aloha version but this explains why. Its a beautiful song. Thank you again 👍🏻

Elvis was better to me as he got older too until he worked himself to death...his movie career alone was far more than most actors never the less his music career, why it hurts to look at his final couple years, he burned himself out bless his soul

It's still Elvis singing but dubbed in, different then his aloha performance.
This is NOT the original .version.. You have to listen to the original.. The guitare is to loud and it sound like a spanish song.., and Elvis didn t have an accoustic guitare in his band.and if he had, it didn t sound that loud..It s a beautiful ballade, it s NOT'''Spanis eyes'''''...
