I can barely tell either, but I'm pretty sure it's some variation of "You'll be sorry!" or something. In the English dub, he yells something that conveys the same message, being "Now you've done it!".
EDIT: The one that's used here when Crane activates very roughly means something like "Alright, that's enough!"
