Have you ever tried folding in extracts (vanilla, almond, etc .) in the Cool Whip. It is so good! And there are loads of extract flavors to choose from. I also fold in lemon curd into the Cool Whip. I cut up strawberries, dollop with the Cool whip mixture and add ginger cookies on the side.

Everything looks so good! My grandmother made cream cheese corn, but she did it differently. She added corn, cream cheese, butter, a little milk and S&P to a saucepan and heated it until everything was warm through and the cheese was melted.

I make the Oreo dessert and I use one chocolate and one vanilla instant pudding. On the hash brown casserole I use 1/2 the sour cream and I use 1/2 top of the Tator I omitted the onions altogether since using top of the tator. My family loves it. I also use 1/2 cheddar cheese and 1/2 pepper jack for a zippier taste.

We love Buffet Potatoes for holidays. Russet potatoes cut like french fries, butter pats, cheddar cheese, salt/pepper/parsley and pour 1/2 pt of heavy cream over, seal inside a double thickness of foil. Bake from 1-3 hours at 400 degrees. Foolproof
