I'm 63 and I think my first time viewing one of your videos.. Enjoy yourself., but stay safe., warm and dry.. I'd stay away from that iced lake and the cabin too.. It looked filthy and kinda creepy to me., especially with that area that looks like a grave.. Wow, it could be a real grave.. It really could be., or folks being crazy making it look like one., but ya never know., so just be wise., stay safe and God bless you..
This is my first time watching channel but I don't mind watching repeated campsites/shelters. You can always do improvements, go fishing, nature hike for wildlife, etc. I will be back.
Good video! You can use a couple drops of water in the instant coffee and whip it until it get lighter in color then add the water makes it much better
I say coyote just like you, Kai-oh-tee, but pronunciation definitely varies regionally. Can’t wait to see the camp at that little cabin but definitely bring a garbage bag… someone was having way too much fun there!
All the supplies you carry to the campsite weigh on you, but after they are used, they become just a husk of their former weight and extremely light. If you can pack it in when it's heavier why can't you pack it out when it's lighter?
The location isn't as important to me as a viewer. Your videos make me feel like I'm actually on the adventure with you, and that's what I value. I really like it when you film from your perspective
Didn't even think of that, I know there's a lot of beavers in that area and I hear woodpeckers frequently, but that spot I pointed seemed low for a bird. I'll keep an eye out!

Tip- take the cup off the burner and let it stop boiling before you add the coffee.
Thanks! Worst part is, it's not the first time I do that and definitely won't be the last!
You get chaga from a birch tree. That looks like a tree burl.
Nice discovery of the cabin!
Ahh had no clue it was specific to birch, thanks!

My thoughts exactly!

you are nuts. way too cold lol
Where you said it might be a real tall beaver...that is what porcupines do.

Have a few other comments confirming that, didn't realize it was only birch trees.
Not chaga unless that some kind different looking birch tree. Birch only
