Suggestion for the maid storyline: since the family themselves comes from a struggling upbringing I think the maid would be someone who might’ve been homeless or working an awful job that left them struggling and so they took them in as an act of kindness and is giving them this job until they can get back on their feet. :)
I've been playing The Sims since the very first game, I've watched hundreds if not thousands of house building videos. I don't like it when all the videos endlessly speak, but looking at this I forgot about everything. I can say for sure - this house is one of the best I have ever seen. The complete feeling of a lived-in home. I did not see a single corner where what you put there would look out of place or ridiculous. Bravo.
I love how you make backstories for your Sims. It’s never occurred to me to do that and it seems like it would make you love the little weirdos even more. And Another gorgeous build that really feels lived in. I’m just so impressed with the design of the houses and grounds. Do you have an architecture background? I would love to learn to build like you do; what approach you take when creating the layouts. Any chance we could convince you to do more of a how-to style video? 😇 Even just a slower version of the builds you’ve already done but with a different voice over would be supremely helpful. Either way, thank you for sharing your ridiculous talent with us. Your videos give me the inspired moodlet.

I first want to say I absolutely love this build, so much so that I spent 5 hours last night going step by step to build it myself on a slightly larger lot (50x40) to expand some area around the pool for a second lounge area and childrens play yard. I also changed the decor to match my own sim story, but followed your video for a base reference. I'll be uploading my build to the sims gallery CharissaL and would LOVE some feedback or your thoughts. I also am terrible at using T.O.O.L so unfortunately I wasnt able to place things like shovels in the garage. I love following your builds and I have worked hard to improve my building skills so I can eventually start my own speed build channel. So thank you for making it easy to follow along and teach people like me how to create these incredible houses. Hope you have a very blessed year ahead of you!! Chrissy
In the area I live all the rich people have custom built/ super renovated houses and so there’s a bunch of vastly different style and look of homes on every street
Would it be possible to talk about the rooms as they’re built?😅 I love the voiceovers but when you talk about building one room while building another it makes it hard to really grasp either room. Having the voice over follow the build could be clearer. Plus, we could better appreciate the work put into what it actually takes to build the room; the commentary always adds lots of fun build details that aren’t obvious in the video. 🤗
I can’t wait to see that update.. If you do go back in the game when the update hits are you going to show us what you did?? I can’t wait to use this house in my everyday game play..
