Sauer Danfoss/John Deere Transmission Controls repaired by ERD

Hey everyone, this is Glenn with ERD, you know the guy in the video and today I want to talk about our track control repair used in a variety of heavy equipment for brands like Case, Hitachi and John Deere.
These Sauer Danfoss controllers are used in tracked vehicles which need a special form of control to achieve steering and speed. We developed a full control and test system that allows us to repair and fully test these controls for any of the brands that use them.
Our customized test system allows us to check all the features of the controller after we calibrate the controller to our simulated system.
These track controls are usually very rusty and included with the repair is a sandblast and repaint so the module can go another 10 years without needed any service.
