The older I am becoming, the more spiritual I am developing. So, this is just my insights and opinions... Many people voted for practical and physical reasons, because what really has been hurting the lower and middle class people, who are financially struggling with this out-of-control inflation. Paying more for groceries, many are trying to make ends meet who are on tight budgets and fixed incomes. Yes, we can talk about spirituality and protecting rights for minority groups, but when the majority of people are struggling to put food on the table for their families, that's what can and did cause a political shift. We will see if there is a better economy in the near future, and I do hope a better economy for everyone, the majority as well as minority groups. But let's face it, most people are not 'spiritual' and spirituality isn't the #1 priority when people are concerned with struggling to provide basic needs, for themselves and their families, such as food.
I have to just check out and enjoy my life without the distraction of hatred and politics. I am devastated. I need all the videos like this I can find. Tarot readers are keeping me sane. I have to believe that we are better than this. I will strive to remain centered in self.

I woke up today and yesterday sobbing. I put so much energy into defeating "him". The cause is that people are not even trying to be informed. They just want to be entertained. They only consume entertaining "news". I am furious at the selfishness of so many humans. I am thankful to have this community. I am worried that the very forums where are I connect with community are also a huge part of the problem.
I think people want to be financially secure. They are looking at prices during COVID desperately wanting those prices back. Unrealistic and they will be disillusioned. And in 4 years it will flip. That is if we still have a constitution.
I think that this is missing the point….. we have stopped listening to each other and only talk to ourselves or people that believe exactly as we do… we have entered a totalitarian regime of speech control where we cannot actually say what we think…. There are many who are very concerned, and rightfully so, about their safety. I have no concerns for my safety, but I do know that many women, people of color, documented and undocumented, LGTBQ+ do not feel safe. I will not make light of that. I am concerned for my special needs adult son and the devastation for his health and finances if his health care is taken away. I am concerned my daughter if she needs reproductive health care. Tarot is about the light and the dark, our journeys through this life, and our relationship with our earth, our people, and our communities.
I don't want to hurt you, at all, I understand that you don't understand people who don't hold your views but I am immensely relieved that Trump won. It's a tragedy that the non- traditional side of politics is bringing the collapse of education, children learn less and less, at first it was only in the US, when we were surprised when people couldn't name three European countries or do basic sums, now it's happening in my country too. Priority is "good citizens over knowledge" but the children of elites all get the best education, not the crappy substandard thing the average child gets nowadays. Remember, people with less vocabulary and a lacking reading comprehension is more easily brainwashed. Our economies are collapsing, our health system too, because we now give free assistance to any illegal immigrants coming, and they are coming by the thousands and given free housing, free health assistance, free schooling, food, free transportation, even mobile phones. Some nationals have been removed from.their homes because they lost their job and they come second to immigrants. We the ordinary workers bear the brunt of all.that, not the rich elites, who, like in your country, vote left. They live far away from problematic areas in nice houses with pools, their children attend exclusive schools and have no trouble getting private healthcare. If you mistreat the people and make them suffer under the excuse of solidarity ( but not coming from the rich, but only from our taxes, that the rich don't pay because they have their assets elsewhere) then you vote for the ones who will grant a return to a healthy system where people at least can have a job, a place to live and affordable, fresh food , not fast food crap, and free health insurance (we have that in all the EU countries, we are more advanced than you and your horrible system where if you get a cancer you pay for the treatment yourself 😢, for instance, who can afford that? But now is so strained with people not paying taxes for it, that nobody will get anything anymore very soon.
