I'm pretty sure the arrest on PHXtonic is illegal, as he was across the street in a public location away from the traffic stop and was not interfering in any way. He was within his right to film in a location that is across the street from a traffic stop
Yes you are right about some of that but there is protocols you do you got to follow when it comes to that and one of them is that they got to be a certain feet away from the traffic stopped and that's what he said in the video too and he was not far enough away so they can use it for interfering In investigation anything like that.
