I roast/heat the paste for 4-5 min on low flame.this way it lasts longer.

I use the same method and refregarate in air tight container but get smell within a week. Better to make in small quantity for 4-5 days

1-2 tsp of dates paste can be given plain, or you can use it as a sweetener. Stays good for 2-3 weeks in the refrigerator.

I recommend storing in fridge as it will not stay good in the room temperature
Sis can i mix in formula milk for 7 months baby...bcz she s not at all drinking milk...nd tell us gud dates in market
it is better not to mix anything with formula milk. Medjool dates variety is good.

Don't make date paste with milk if you want to store it for a long time. the shelf life will be less if you make it with milk
