I tried swimming there and drowned and then realised there was a small boat you can drive and when I got there I saw an unlocked waypoint 😭😭😭😭

Yeah, "for new Character you need complete 100 hours quest, with 1000 puzzles, 10000 enemys, 100000 mats, 1000000 mora".
Hoyoverse only making Genshin too complicated, HSR on other hand, "There your new character, you don't need clear all 200 hours questline, just click and unlock mat"

She just need a full glad set if you haven't fully farm hwr new artifacts 2p glad 2p any other atk artifacts is good too
Weapon if you're new white tassle is okay, other than that primordial jade spear/staff of Homa or any 5* cr/cf weapon will do

Heck any 4* cr/cd or atk weapon will be decent if you have nothing else to used
Talents prioritised her first and burst talent before her skill talent

As for stats she needs atk time piece, cr/cd circlet, pyro goblet focus on getting crits/atk%/er substats and you're golden

@@NURASILAHSUHAILAABDULLAHLIAWLI if you're new do full gladiator set and white tassel as those 2, artifacts you can pretty much get it from just fighting world bosses but if you really really new then I recommend using berserker set it's the blue and red coloured artifacts) and White tassel weapon can be found in Liyue chests
